The Tour

Bandhavgarh National Park in Madhya Pradesh's Umaria district is a premier destination for nature and wildlife enthusiasts. This protected reserve blends lush jungles with ancient relics, including the historic Bandhavgarh Fort atop a central hill.

Known for its diverse flora and fauna, Bandhavgarh hosts a thriving population of Bengal tigers, leopards, deer, and various bird species. The park's landscape features dense sal and bamboo forests, rolling grasslands, and serene water bodies frequented by wildlife.

Summer offers prime tiger-viewing opportunities, as the hot, dry weather draws them to water sources. According to Harsha, the Catman, "Bandhavgarh's tigers are relatively comfortable with safari vehicles, providing excellent photo opportunities for visitors."

The park's unique combination of natural beauty, wildlife, and historical significance creates an unforgettable experience for visitors.
