Refunds (if applicable)/ Credit notes:


Please check our payment terms and cancellation policy under every tour page as it differs from each tour.


Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.


We will issue refunds after deducting the applicable cancellation fees and other charges, the remaining amount will be refunded or issued as a credit note.


Please note that due to the nature of our services, credit notes are not typically offered in the wildlife photography tour industry.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
