The Tour

Welcome to Corbett National Park, specifically the Dhikala zone, one of the most renowned and picturesque areas of this incredible wildlife sanctuary. Established in 1936, Corbett National Park is India's oldest national park and a haven for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers alike.

The Dhikala zone, situated in the core area of the park, offers unparalleled opportunities to witness the majestic Bengal tigers in their natural habitat, along with a diverse array of wildlife including elephants, leopards, and a rich variety of bird species. The landscape here is breathtaking, featuring dense forests, expansive grasslands, and the serene Ramganga River, providing a perfect backdrop for capturing stunning photographs.

The Dhangari gate serves as the entrance to the Dhikala zone, situated 18 kms away from Ramnagar, while the Dhikala Tourist Complex is located 31 kms inside the Dhangarhi Gate. Dhikala is accessible to tourists from 15th November to 15th June but remains inaccessible during the monsoon season. The Dhikala tourist complex offers a scenic view of the Ramganga Reservoir and serves as an ideal spot for observing crocodiles and gharials basking on the banks of the Ramganga River.
